What is the Community Tournament?
Our Community Tournament is an additional Poker Tournament that we run on a weekly basis giving you the extra chance to win!
When does this Tournament take place?
The Community Tournament Poker Game will take place every Tuesday at 9pm with registration open from 8:50pm until 9:20pm.
How do I win a ticket?
You can qualify for the Community Tournament by wagering £20 or more in any Poker game between Monday and Sunday.
When will I get my ticket?
You will be credited with your ticket for the Community Tournament on the Monday after wagering £20 on Poker from the previous week. The tickets are valid for 14 days so if you miss the chance the first week, you will have the opportunity to take part the following week. The ticket you win will then be available for the next available game.
In the event of any technical problems, we will credit you with the Community Tournament Ticket at the earliest possible convenience.
What can I win?
For every Community Tournament Game, there is a £200 prize pool that can be won by multiple players.
How do I know if I have a ticket?
The ticket will be used automatically when you register for the Community Tournament. To keep track of tickets, click on the Ticket symbol in the top right-hand corner of the Poker Lobby.
How are the cards shuffled?
The cards are shuffled using our certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be accessed or influenced by any member of staff or player. Achieving a truly random shuffle is a difficult technical challenge, and there are several built-in measures that ensure fully randomised deck via our automated systems. As an extra layer of security, the deck is re-shuffled immediately before a new card is required. Since there is no storage of a pre-shuffled deck, it is impossible for anyone to know what the next card will be before it is dealt.
