How do I check my Transaction History?
You can check on the time, date and status of all deposits and withdrawals by going to My Account > History > Transaction History. Here, you can check Deposits and Withdrawals from the last 90 days.
When checking your Transaction History, you will also be able to see your total Net Deposits. Net Deposits are the running total of all deposits minus the sum of all withdrawals on your account.
How do I use the History section to track Withdrawals?
The status of the withdrawals are as follows:
- ‘Pending’ - This means the withdrawal has not yet left our systems
- ‘Processed’ – This will show when a withdrawal has left our systems. This means the withdrawal has been sent out to your payment method but has not been confirmed as received.
- ‘Successful’ - When using a Debit Card, Successful means the withdrawal has been confirmed as received by the payment provider. When using any other payment method, Successful means the money has left our own systems.
- ‘Failed’ – This means the money has been returned to your playing account balance. For more information on this please click here
How do I know when my money will arrive?
We send an email when the money leaves our own systems. After that, the clearing time depends partly on your payment provider so we cannot determine when money will arrive.
Please note, the timestamp of a withdrawal will update to show the time and date of the most recent action. For example, if you request a withdrawal to a Debit Card on Monday, and your payment provider confirms they received it on Wednesday, it will be Wednesday’s date that shows on the Transaction History.
