If you experience any issues loading our games through the App, we would recommend following the steps below:
1. Use Wifi
Using Wifi rather than Mobile Data is recommended as a Wifi connection tends to be a little more stable. We would also recommend you ensure your OS (Operating Systems) are up to date.
To do this using an iOS device, simply select the Settings Application > General > Software Update.
To do this on an Android device, select the Settings Application > About Device > System Updates > Check for Update > Download > Install.
Please bear in mind however, the minimum required specifications for our App can be found below:
iOS 8.1 (anything lower than iOS 8 is no longer supported).
iPhone 5s or iPad Air and Mini Retina
Android Lollipop 5.0 or newer.
2. Force close the App and then reopen
You can close applications by pressing the Home button two times quickly on an iOS device. This will show small previews of your recently used apps and you can 'swipe up' on each of these to close them fully.
To do this on an Android device, open the Settings Application > Choose Apps > Running Tab > heart Bingo App > Stop or Force Stop.
3. Clear your cache
If you are using an Android device, you can clear your cache by opening your Settings Application > Apps > heart Bingo App > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
If you are using an iOS device, please go to our Menu and then click Settings > Clear Data.
You can always turn the App completely off then restart it, this will clear the Cache and help clear any issues on your games.
4. Turn off your device
Sometimes turning off your device and resetting your internet router for 10 to 15 minutes can really allow your device and internet connection to refresh and get back to speed.
