What is the verification email?
When you register or change your email address, you will automatically be prompted to click a button, which sends an email to your registered email address.
When you receive this email, click the link inside. This will open a new webpage for you to log back into the site with and confirm your email has been verified.
What do I do if I have not received this email?
First make sure you entered the correct email address when registering, by clicking here. If your email is showing incorrectly, click Edit to change the details, then click the Resend Email button to resend the verification email.
Please check the Spam or Junk folder on your email account. Make sure we are on your 'Safe Sender' list or registered in your 'Address Book' in your email account to ensure that the email is not blocked or deleted. Why do I need to verify my email?
We need to verify your email address to confirm that the email address you entered doesn't belong to someone else. This process makes it harder for someone else to use your email address to create a Heart Bingo account without your consent.
It also ensures that we can contact you, should we ever need to. We will use your email address to send you any information, such as login or security information and updates on your withdrawals. Therefore, you will need to verify your email address before you can request a withdrawal.
We also often send out promotions and rewards by email, so it is important to make sure that you have the right one registered to avoid missing out!
