Poker Technical Questions
What devices can I play on?
You can play Poker on from the web browser on your desktop computer, on your Android or iOS tablet and on most mobile phones.
What are your minimum system requirements?
Though we do not have a specific minimum hardware requirement we recommend using a device which is compatible with the latest web browsers and recommend keeping your browser up to date.
For iOS, the minimum system requirement is iOS 7 (for the iPad, this would be an iPad 2 or better). For Android please make sure the most recent operating system is installed. For best results, we recommend using Chrome for Desktop/Laptop computers and Android devices and using Safari for iOS devices.
What happens if I lose connection in the middle of a game?
If you are disconnected or leave the site during a Poker Tournament, you will be able to go back in through the Poker Lobby, click the relevant Tournament icon and re-join.
Please note that you will time out on your next turn and will be sitting out from the game. You will continue to be dealt cards and will post blinds and antes when they are due. You will be folded automatically when you face a bet (unless you are all-in, in which case your hand will go to the showdown and could win). You can return to the site and resume play at any time, if you still have chips.
My Tournament isn't fully loading, what should I do?
If you get into a Wild Seat Tournament room, you may need to wait a few minutes for the rest of the players to join. You can see how many players there on the main screen are already when choosing a table, and in the middle of the table once you've sat down.
Once the Tournament starts, it will continue even if your connection drops or you are unable to load it. You will continue to be dealt cards and will post blinds and antes when due. You should be able to re-load the game from the Poker Lobby and get back in. We would not refund the buy-in in this instance. The results will still be recorded on our secure server even if you don't see the game on your screen.
If the Tournament does not re-load and let you back in right away, you may need to clear your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies so the page can load up afresh. To see how to do this, please click here.
Once you have cleared these, please restart your device and then simply re-enter the Tournament from the Poker Lobby.
How do I check the outcome of any game I don't return to?
You can check the results of any games by going to Menu > My Account > History > Game History or you can view the last Hand at any time using the menu (three dots) on the top right-hand side of the Poker Lobby.
