What are Reward Points?

Reward Points are our version of loyalty points, so you can collect them automatically when you're winning! We often have special Reward Point promotions as well.

How do I convert Reward Points?

You can exchange these points for cash to be used on your Heart Bingo account by clicking the 3 stacked lines in the top left hand corner of your screen My Account > Convert Points

How much are Reward Points worth?

You can convert your Reward Points into cash to receive their monetary value with each Reward Point worth 1p of cash. The minimum needed to convert is 1!

To convert points, enter how many points you wish to convert, and then click on 'Convert Now' to convert them into Cash.

How do I earn Reward Points?

Reward Points are earned by winning on any of the games on our site. Our different games pay out different amounts of Reward Points. For example, you are playing Bingo you'll earn Reward Points at a rate of 1 point per £5 won on Bingo. On all other games you'll earn 1 Reward Point per £20 won.

Do Reward Points expire?

There are no limits to how many Reward Points you can earn. However, you do need to earn at least 1 Reward Point within a 90-day period, or your points will expire.
