FollowI can’t load the games with my mobile device. What do I do?
Please ensure that you are using Safari (for iOS) or Chrome (on Android) to access the site, as we do not officially support any other type of mobile browsers.
If you are using an Android device, you can download Chrome from the Play Store. Also please ensure if you're already using Chrome or Safari, that you have the most up to date versions.
To check your version of Chrome please visit the Play Store. To check your version of Safari please visit the App Store to check for any updates this way.
Should I clear my Temporary Internet Files and Cookies?
Yes, Temporary Internet Files and Cookies can build up within your browser on your device whilst you play and affect the way our games are displayed. We recommend that you clear these regularly to ensure that you’re always able to enjoy the site.

Should I close all other applications on my device before accessing our site?
Yes, if you have other applications open on your device, this may affect the loading of our games. We would recommend closing all other applications before going to the site.
From an iOS device, you can close open applications by pressing the Home button two times quickly. This will show small previews of your recently used apps and you can swipe up on each of these to close them fully.
Whilst using most Android devices, you can close any running applications by pressing and holding the Home button. This will show you any applications which are still active, and you can usually swipe these off the screen to the left- or right-hand side to close them fully.
Will resetting my device help?
Yes, as most people use their mobile and tablet devices on a regular basis, they are often not switched off very often. It would be beneficial to switch off your device for a few moments from time to time, before turning it back on, to allow it to refresh completely.
Could my Internet connection be the problem?
Yes, whilst members can play using their mobile data, we would recommend using a stable wireless broadband connection whenever possible.
If you do use mobile data to play on the site, you can try disabling and then enabling your internet connection. From most devices, you can turn your mobile data off temporarily within the Settings and Network Connections options.
If you are connected to Wi-Fi connection, then it would be beneficial to turn off your Internet Router for around 10-15 minutes. Once you have then turned this back on, your connection would be refreshed.
What happens if I don't see the result of a game?
All games play on our secure servers. This means that once initiated, your game will continue to play on our servers with the correct winnings automatically applied to your balance even if you don’t see the game. If your game freezes whilst in a Bonus round, the game will usually wait for you to re-enter and finish the game. You can check the outcome of any game that you don’t see by going to My Account > History > Game History.
